About
I’m the VP of a charitable foundation. I'm a philanthropist, educator, observer, writer, communicator, researcher, and advisor. I have over 30 years of experience managing people, projects, goals, and communications. I’ve held a wide variety of jobs that have each taught me valuable lessons. My favorite jobs always had the biggest learning curves.
I’ve always been interested in human behavior – why people do what they do. In my career, that led to a focus on employee and management behaviors and attitudes that ultimately contribute to organizational success or failure.
I read across a variety of topics including psychology, sociology, economics, leadership, organizational culture, and more. This all influences my writing.
I'm also a mom, daughter, sister, wife, friend, and dog lover. This of course influences my writing as well.
It may sound cliché, but I write in hopes of helping others. Perhaps some of my own work and life lessons will help you navigate your life, or maybe just make your day, a little better.
